2nd Party Audit

In DIA the training centres and programs are audited. An Audit can help DIA to understand that centres will not be able to offer several DIA Approved Courses or that they might have to make changes in management of the centre, organisation and staff.

The experts receive and review documentation of the training centre. The external Auditors obtains detailed information to know the training areas of the centre. Conducts interviews (30–60 minutes) with trainers and instructors, staff, responsible at all levels in the training centre.

Based on the training centre’s documentation and the information gathered through photographic reports, videos, and by using their expertise, the external Auditors offer the training centre recommendations and advice on how the facility can enhance its quality training. The final decisions are made through review of all data and documents.
