The Research and Development Division continues to develop behavioral methods, procedures and guidelines to improve the teaching effectiveness of DIA Training Partners that offer courses or competence assessment processes to clients.

Safety plays an essential role during the development of DIA Approved Courses, procedures, training methods, competence assessment. At DIA we use high-level health and safety standards through which we develop the documentation used by Training Partners, trainers and instructors.

Our educational content is based on the DIA Standards and Health and Safety procedures. The standards are built through the knowledge gained from our experiences in the field and over many years of teaching.
