The DIA Approved Safety Techs Courses include various operational areas and are aimed at assistants, operators and supervisors of hyperbaric and saturation diving systems, medical personnel, diving technicians, closed and wet bell divers.

The courses are not qualifications to work such as ALST or Diver Medic Technican, but concern safety at work. They are provided by DIA Training Partners. These courses are aimed at those professionals such as ALST, LST, Ass./Diving Supervisor, Diver Medic Technician, etc, who need to increase safety in their working environment.

The courses can be provided to those already working as a technician or combined with qualifying courses.
